Management & organisation
EJ Foods is managed by Erik Buyl, Johan Van den Broeck and Aurelie Bauveroy. Together, they form a solid management team with strong roots in the meat sector and a clear focus on quality, efficiency and reliability.
Erik Buyl and Johan Van den Broeck grew up within the company and have built up extensive expertise in meat processing over the years. Their in-depth product knowledge and practical experience continue to be an important asset to EJ Foods. Both are still actively involved in the production process and guarantee consistent quality control.
Aurelie Bauveroy joined Buyl Van den Broeck in 2007 and is responsible for all administrative and organisational tasks at EJ Foods. Her structured approach ensures smooth business operations and professional follow-up with customers and partners. The establishment of EJ Foods in 2013 was therefore a well-considered and logical step, supported by experience, complementarity and a shared long-term vision.
The management team is supported by three close family members, who, together with the managers, are responsible for the day-to-day operations. As a close-knit and committed team, they are fully dedicated to the production of high-quality, Consistent and reliable raw product for animal feed, tailored to the needs of B2B customers.
